Terms and Conditions

Here at High Headed Heifers we pride ourselves on the merchandise we sell and customer service. Orders, unless specified as a back order item or custom merchandise, are shipped within one week of order date. All orders are shipped ground and tracking information is provided when an order is shipped. 

All returns must be initiated within one week of receiveing your item. If you are looking to return an item due to a sizing issue we require that the item be in like new condition with the orignal tags in place. Customers are required to cover any shipping costs and refunds are given in store credit. In order to start a return please email lacy@hhhcattleco.com with the following details:

2. Your Order Number
3. A brief summary of why you are requesting a return
